Our Team

Jennifer Strezo
Founder and Creative Director

  • What began as a solo freelance venture has grown into a full-service design studio partnering with companies across professional services, trades, manufacturing, and distribution.

Jennifer’s experience spans corporate marketing, agency work, and hands-on design for clients of all sizes. She understands what it takes to create branding and websites that are not only visually striking but strategically aligned with a business’s goals. Her team brings that expertise to every project, whether it’s helping a company prepare for a sale, navigate a merger or acquisition, or refresh an outdated brand or website.

Why Red Seal Design? The name comes from Jennifer’s lifelong fascination with Asian art and culture. She began studying Japanese language and calligraphy in high school and continued through college, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Graphic Design. She also studied Italian design and art history in Florence, Italy, giving her a unique perspective that blends Eastern and Western design influences.

In certain Asian cultures, artists mark their work with a red seal, a personal, stylized signature that identifies the creator. Jennifer named her business Red Seal Design because she believes your brand should be your own red seal—something that marks every part of your business, from your website to your social media, to your business cards. Her own logo is a nod to this inspiration, featuring her initials in red.

At Red Seal Design, collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We work closely with each client to understand their business, audience, and objectives, ensuring every design decision—whether for logos, visual identities, comprehensive branding systems, or websites—supports their bigger picture. Our work helps clients communicate clearly, inspire trust, and stand out in competitive markets.

We love partnering with businesses that are ready to grow, evolve, and make their mark. For us, great design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about creating branding and websites that drive value, build confidence, and make both our clients and their customers say, “Yes, this is exactly who they are.”

The program is designed to build participants’ technical skills in applied fields, enhance their leadership capabilities, and strengthen their English language proficiency. Jennifer mentored CCI students for 3-month internships the past 3 years from Azerbaijan in 2024 and 2023, and from Kosovo in 2022. Alyssa mentored a CCI student from Tajikistan in 2024.
